The National Association of REALTORS® also requires you to complete New Member Code of Ethics training within the first year of becoming a REALTOR® member. (Existing REALTOR® members must complete 2.5 hours of ethics training, meeting specific learning objectives and criteria, within two-year cycles.) This not the same as the ethics training you received while acquiring or renewing your real estate license. (Must be completed before December 31^st, 2021 to be in compliance with NAR’s membership requirements)
