Please allow me to introduce the 2025 Leadership Development Committee, who is responsible for developing and establishing our brand-new L.E.A.D. Academy. Their desire and resolve to make this dream a reality as been inspirational to witness.

Thank you, Leadership Committee Members, for all you've done!

This program has been a desire of the committee for a long time and they have put their collective minds together to create something that will be a real resource for BTVAR Members.

We believe that BTVAR's L.E.A.D. Academy will set a new standard of leadership across our membership and our region.

As a result, beginning in 2027, BTVAR's newly-elected Directors and Officers will go through this program and learn how grow as leaders here at the Association and professionally.

Our promise is to keep bettering the program, developing more curriculum, adding to the roster of Locally- and Nationally-recognized guest speakers and instructors, and making BTVAR's L.E.A.D. Academy the best that it can be.
