A five-state Broker and licensed REALTOR® since 2013, Joe Gross brings a wealth of experience and a multi-faceted skillset to his clients across Tennessee, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama. As the Principal Broker of his firm, he is a trusted leader known for his common-sense advice and forward-thinking strategies that protect his clients' interests long-term.

Joe’s commitment to the industry is showcased through his roles as a licensed Real Estate Instructor in TN & VA, where he has developed eight continuing education courses, and as the current Secretary/Treasurer for the Bristol Tennessee Virginia Association of REALTORS®. This deep industry involvement, combined with his dual role as a licensed Mortgage Broker in TN & VA, provides his clients with a comprehensive and seamless experience.

Originally motivated to help friends and family navigate the market with a trusted expert, Joe's dedication to service remains his core focus. Outside of real estate, he is an avid traveler, a baker of his famous “Joe Cookies,” and a home automation enthusiast.
