Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Bristol Tennessee-Virginia Association of REALTORS®, Inc., the Annual Meeting and Election of Officers and Directors will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Warehouse 817 in Bristol, VA! Boxed lunches will be provided from Bristol Cafe and Market!
Give to Charity
Our charity for this luncheon will be The Branch House which serves to help survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, elder abuse, and human trafficking begin the healing process from a position of safety and support.
They are asking for monetary donations as they have different needs at different times & the monetary donations would go towards clothing items, transportation to court dates, food items & misc. product needs. We will be taking these donations at the meeting but if you do not plan to attend but would like to donate, please use the link below.

Candidate Bio's
Fred McClellan
Fred is a graduate of the UVA Wise. After graduation, Fred began his career as a retail banker and commercial lender, before dedicating the next 30 years to managing, owning, and operating businesses in the food and beverage sector. He became a REALTOR in 2008 and joined Callebs Realty. He remains there as the managing partner of Virginessee Real Estate Consultants – the commercial division of Callebs Realty. He has been an active member of BTVAR, serving on numerous committees, and was the association’s president in 2016. He is a past member of the TR Commercial Forms Committee, and currently a member of the VAR Public Policy Committee and the VAR Economic Advisory Board. He has been an advocate and promoter of Bristol’s rich musical heritage and was a co-founder of the Birthplace of Country Music Alliance in 1994, served as their first president, and led the initiative to introduce and pass legislation in Congress to designate Bristol as the official “Birthplace of Country Music” in 1998.
Rebecca Arnold
Hailing from Horsepasture, VA, and proudly serving as a REALTOR in Northeast TN Southwest VA for 7 years. Horse-lover, farm owner, REALTOR, Crossfitter, foodie, and dachshund mom. Passionate about people, unique properties, renovations, first-time purchases, and getting to be a part of it all! Shirley Warren
Shirley is the Broker/Owner of Signature Properties and has been in Real Estate since 1992. Shirley and her husband, Steve, have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren with a fifth on the way. She previously worked in childcare and was a licensed attorney in the state of California for 13 years. She has earned several designations throughout her career including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Internet Professionals (e-PRO).
Kashia Winkler
Kashia is the Broker/Owner of Holston Realty, INC and has been a REALTOR since 2015. Although not originally from here, since moving here in 2011, this has been “home”. Kashia believes in approaching everything she does with dedication, compassion and professionalism. She has proudly served on a number of committees and was Secretary/Treasurer 2017-2020 for BTVAR.
Anthony Farnum
Anthony Farnum is a lifelong resident of Bristol VA. He has worked in real estate with Matt Smith in Abingdon for almost 10 years and is currently the Principal Broker for Matt Smith Realty. Anthony is also an elected official, currently serving as the Mayor of Bristol VA. As the Mayor, he also serves on the Board of Directors for the Bristol Chamber of Commerce as well as Bristol Virginia Utilities. He enjoys investing in real estate and being a landlord as well. Anthony obtained his Bachelor's degree from ETSU. He enjoys sports, and he & his wife, Amanda, have two young children; James and Juliette.
